When my family made a move to South Carolina over 3 years ago, I deliberately chose Katelyn as my agent because I'm a business woman and I wanted to support another business women. Since that time I have worked with Katelyn and her team and have found them to be extremely knowledgeable on all insurance products for my home, car, etc. But they have also proved to excel in the Customer Service area. They are all quick to respond to questions and clear/concise when I need a non-technical explanation. But best of all, they treat me like I am a valuable business partner. Their personal issues should not effect the business and their customers. They need a more mature team with a work ethic. "DO NOT EVER USE THIS AGENT. They are extremely unprofessional. They have messed up my payments for the past 6 months and over charged me three different payments. When it is incorrect they can’t give explanation just say “pay it or you are uninsured.” I have paid a total of 400$ over and then they cancelled my policy with no notification stating I hadn’t paid despite being on autopay and paying all of their extra bills they kept pulling out."
